My First experiment with food --- Mix Veg Tikka

This recipe is my first experiment with food. I do not remember the exact year when I made this... but it was in Meerut, when I was still in school that I first laid hands on my mother's favourite place... HER KITCHEN!

Ing :
Raw banana - 1 No.
Potato - 1 Big
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Pudina leaves - 1/2 bunch
Carrots - 2 Medium Size
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Bunch
Dhaniya Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour - 3 Tsps
Salt - to taste

Method :
Boil in a pressure cooker - Raw Banana, potatoes,carrots and Peas.
Chop finely Pudina and coriander leaves
Mash the boiled vegetables well and add the chopped leaves.
Add the garam masala,Dhaniya Powder,red Chilli Powder and corn flour.
Make a firm dough after mixing.
Make 8-10 balls and flatten flatten them on your palms.
Roll them on the bread crumbs and Deep fry in oil.

Serve with Tomato Ketchup!
